Enzy is a SAAS B2B mobile sales enablement platform designed to help sales representatives manage leads, configure services, generate contracts, collect signatures, and schedule appointments, in this case through an integration with PestRoutes/FieldRoutes. The project focused on designing a mobile-first experience that simplifies complex sales workflows, supports dynamic contract generation, and helps sales teams complete service setup with clearer steps and fewer manual decisions.

Overview

Enzy is a sales enablement platform built for sales representatives who need to manage customer information, configure services, generate contracts, collect signatures, and schedule appointments in a mobile browser experience.

The product is designed to support service-based sales workflows, especially for teams that rely on PestRoutes or FieldRoutes for appointment scheduling, routing, service data, and operational handoff.

Problem

Sales workflows can become complicated when representatives need to handle product selection, service pricing, discounts, appointment availability, contract generation, signatures, and customer information in one flow.

Without a clear interface, sales representatives may struggle to understand which data is required, which service options are available, how pricing is calculated, and what needs to happen before a contract can be signed or scheduled.

Solution

I designed a mobile-first sales flow that organizes the experience into clearer steps, from selecting services and add-ons, applying discounts or vouchers, reviewing pricing, generating contracts, collecting signatures, and choosing appointment times.

The design also supports dynamic contract templates, office-based product configuration, service scheduling, and integration-related settings such as tokens and API credentials. Each screen was structured to reduce confusion, highlight important actions, and make complex backend logic easier for sales representatives to understand.

Results

The final design helped Enzy create a more structured sales experience for mobile users.

Sales representatives can move through service configuration, contract creation, and scheduling with clearer guidance. Admin users also get better control over templates, offices, products, and integration settings, making the platform more scalable for different teams and business requirements.
